Proponents are invited to attend a Proponents’ meeting to be held Monday, August 20, 2018 commencing at 10:30 a.m. at York Regional Police Headquarters, 47 Don Hillock Drive, Newmarket, ON, L4G 0S7.

Proponents may also conference into the meeting by calling 416-343-2659 or 1-866-440-8941; Conference Bridge Id. 8490296.

Proponents are asked to preregister for the meeting by contacting Cam Menna, Buyer (email: 5673@yrp.ca) a minimum of twenty four (24) hours before the meeting.

Attendance at the meeting is not mandatory but is recommended.
