The Board is inviting Proposals for the piloting and maintenance services for a YRP owned and operated helicopter. The objective of this RFP is to hire a qualified Contractor to provide a comprehensive air support program, which will include the provision of Transport Canada (TC) commercially licensed helicopter pilots and Transport Canada licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs). It is essential that all Proponents responding to this RFP have a proven track record in the field of aviation as detailed in the RFP. The Board will not accept any parts or service standard lower than that set out by Transport Canada. |
